I cleared CMOS, tried to play (safely) with RAM timing profiles, no OCs. Prima95, FurMark and few other hardware benchmarks/torture tests crashed a few times, sometimes not.Īt this point I suspected PSU or RAM, maybe MoBo or CPU. I tried to run a memory test (Memtest86, Memtest86+, mdsched) but they all got stuck at some point (again random, usually after few passes without errors). Sometimes DirectX, sometimes other system files. Few times I got a crash into OS with dll-problems. Sometimes the PC was unable to boot, MoBo giving (seemingly) random error codes. Sometimes the PC rebooted itself when it crashed. Usually a hard reboot with 5sec power button was needed. The freezes happened in random intervals, sometimes 2-3 hours, sometimes 2-3 minutes into gaming. It all started after OS re-install, yet I did it again and the problem remained. I lately started to get random (so it seems) crashes especially when gaming. 2x8Gb DDR4 Kingston HyperX Fury GTX 1080 i7-6700k (no overclock apart from which is caused by RAM timing w/ XMP)
